The 38-series has been the evergreen tree of Lowden guitars for more than three decades. The design was designed to show the top level of the Lowden piano, and the look remained simple and elegant compared to the gorgeous Bobbay inlay style. The 38 series guitars feature recycled wood With Brazilian eucalyptus back side panels paired with black cedar panels. The panel is decorated with Original Style maple wrap and bow-bellied trim, mahogany/purple sandalwood five-piece neck, and ebony finger board decorated with bow-leaf-shaped inlays.
